In this episode, From Luanda to Lisbon a review of the richness of sound from the Portuguese-speaking African Countries (PALOP), highlighting how sounds originating from Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau and other regions have travelled through Lisbon, shaping a vibrant Afro-diasporic culture that continues to evolve.
The episode takes a journey from Luanda to Lisbon, to reveal how Angola's Kuduro, Kizomba, Tarraxinha and AfroHouse, Cape Verde's Funaná and PALOP diaspora fusions such as Lisbon's Batida, have become powerful tools of cultural creation that introduce the transformative power of joy and celebration to audiences around the world.

In recent years, thanks to digital globalisation, the platform has surpassed 20 million organic views, establishing itself as a space that celebrates creativity, creative collaboration and innovation inspired by the Kuduro universe on a global scale.
